c. Maintenance
i. Updates
1. Microsoft
2. 3rd Party (E.g. Update Expert/Shavlik Net Check)
3. SCCM
ii. Configuration Changes
iii. Event Log Review / Error Correction
iv. Utilize Various MMC Plugins
1. Device Manager
2. DHCP
3. Disk Management
4. Domain Controller Security Policy Editor
5. Event Viewer
6. IIS 5.0/6.0

b. DRAC
9) 24* 7 Support
a. Approximately one week per month on a known schedule
b. Accommodations/Exceptions readily made for any personal reasons
